How to stop Diabetes and Save Your Life - Part 5

Here is the last installment of the series on how you can make changes to improve your life and stay away from diabetes.

I wrote about what diabetes is in Part 1:

I discussed how we get it in Part 2:

In Part 3, I detailed how a Vegetarian Diet can be used to reduce the symptoms of Diabetes.:

Part 4 was a breaakdown of the Ketogenic Diet and what makes it so special and why so many people using it to save themselves.

Now I"m going to get into the Ultimate Keto Diet. What if you could be Keto without tracking, measuring, or havign to make up alternative versions of foods to fit your plan?

Carnivore Diet

The Carnivore Diet, eat meat, and drink water. It doesn't get any more whole foods than that. Take the Paleo diet and the Keto diet and remove all the carbs.

While this may seem crazy, this diet brings in the aspect of clearing away all of the added stress and inflammation that carbs add to the body. It is also very simple to understand and implement. The biggest benefit of the Carnivore diet is the improved efficiency in digesting, processing, and utilizing energy and nutrients that we eat.

The focus of this diet is to provide the body with the highest level of nutrients with the least amount of interference as possible. Meat is super nutritious and super digestible. Unlike plants, meat doesn’t increase inflammation. Meat is more satiating and contains more fat and protein. You don’t need to eat as much to feel full and you feel hungry less often.

Completely cutting out carbs has a number of benefits that build on what you get from a Ketogenic Diet.
  1. Loss of body fat and overall weight
  2. Greatly reduced blood glucose levels (short and long-term)
  3. Better management of insulin
  4. Greatly improved metabolic performance
  5. Lowest levels of inflammation
  6. Less stress and tracking
  7. Overall health improvements
The removal of all carbs allows the body to heal itself over time. We’ve established that carbs (which come from plants) are stressors to the body. Oxidative stress, and inflammation in your body is a direct result of eating plant-based foods. There are some amazing stories of people using this diet to improve all sorts of conditions. These include:
Most people turn to the Carnivore diet as a last resort when they've tried other things to heal themselves and failed. Many people currently following a Carnivore Diet are former vegetarians or used to follow a keto lifestyle. They have found the zero carb approach more realistic, simple to understand and follow.
  • It’s simple
  • You don’t have to track macros (you can, but you don’t “need” to)
  • Think about food less
  • Don’t feel hungry after eating
  • Go longer without needing to eat
  • Maintain ketosis easier
  • Heal your gut faster
I’ve heard success story after success story from people of all walks of life. I have not seen any way of eating that is as simple to understand, easy to implement, and effective as the Carnivore Diet.

Keep this in mind. There are no carbs that we as humans must eat to survive. If you don’t eat enough fat, you will die. If you don’t eat enough protein, you will die. There aren’t any carbs that we must have in order to live.

I’m sure you have a ton of questions. How do you get micronutrients? What about gut health? Won’t eating so much meat give you a heart attack?......I’ve been asked all of these questions and more.

I have answers for all of it too. I put a large variety of information out on my blog at Go check it out.
